1. Self-print if your printer is decent (inkjet/lazer). Color copies outside are expensivo. :< But if you can get them for cheap, go for it!
2. People tend to like small items that they can easily carry around. As for what type, I'm not sure.
3. ....I never made any. @A@ I made buttons before, though~~
4. Generic shonen series are always safe routes
5. FAnime is biggg so I don't know orz

Stickers, for me. I'm too lazy to do keychains, plus those cost more to make.

Dont print from kinkos unless you dont mind them "darkening" your prints. If you do, do a test run first by brightening your image then print.. see if it turns out normal. (I havent tried that yet but it's a thought)
I dont sell prints (cause i fail), but keychains are pretty popular.
